PksPasuruan.org BANGIL – Langkah Kejari Bangil untuk mengusut tuntas kasus dugaan penyelewengan program jaring aspirasi masyarakat (Jasmas) DPRD Jatim belum terealisasi. Sebab, sejauh ini aktor intelektual kasus tersebut tak kunjung tertangkap.
Pria yang kini jadi buron Kejari Bangil itu adalah Toni Heri Sulistiyo. Ia diduga merupakan orang yang jadi makelar proposal Jasmas DPRD Provinsi Jatim. Kasipidsus Kejari Bangil, Andy Sasongko mengaku, perburuan terhadap Toni tak mudah.
Sebab, keberadaan Toni yang disebut-sebut berpindah-pindah jadi kendala utama. “Di rumahnya tidak ada. Kami sudah mencari ke beberapa tempat, yang dimungkinkan menjadi tempat persembunyiannya, tapi belum berhasil,” ungkap Andy saat dikonfirmasi kemarin.
Menurut Andy, tak tertangkapnya Toni bukan berarti ada pembiaran untuk meloloskan tersangka. Pihaknya bahkan sudah melaporkan hal tersebut ke Kejagung. Kejari setempat disebutkan juga tengah menjalin koordinasi dengan pihak kepolisian untuk memburu Toni.
“Kami laporkan Toni dalam daftar pencarian orang ke Kejagung. Kami juga berkoordinasi dengan kepolisian, untuk menemukan Toni,” urainya. Diketahui, Toni ditetapkan sebagai tersangka sejak awal tahun lalu. Penetapan itu dilakukan, atas dugaan korupsi program Jasmas DPRD Provinsi Jatim yang diduga melibatkannya.
Dalam kasus itu, tak hanya Toni yang terlilit kasus Jasmas DPRD Provinsi 2013 untuk bantuan di Kabupaten Pasuruan. Ada tiga nama lain yang ikut terseret. Yakni Sugiarto, Sugianto dan Jumain. Ketiganya bahkan sudah di vonis dan ada yang tengah menjalani hukuman. Ketiganya disebut-sebut merupakan penghubung. (radar)
